For inline Springer forks (where fork legs are not angled but in line with the fork stem). Fits on top of centerpart, locks and hides holes in the centerpart for a smooth look. Used in combination with early OEM style handlebars. Not available for positive trail Springer forks. Repl. 2759-36.
