Take a sip regularly, or place 4 drops on your tongue at least 4 times a day. When administering drops, make sure they're the first thing you do in the morning upon waking and before bed for optimal results. It's possible that more than one Bach Flower remedy will be appropriate for your situation. However, mix a maximum of 7 remedies at a time in a mixing bottle.
